Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro certificate just one year later. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is supported by Ariel Khadr. Ariel Khadr began her fitness show career when she was just 16 at which point she stopped the sport of gymnastics. In just one year she could earn her Pro Card at age 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest. Ariel was forced to take a hiatus of six years from her career after she earned her professional card in order to further the education. Following her completion of college Ariel came back in the year 2015. She picked up where she was in prior contests including her participation in the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for a number of years after her first show, setting more ambitious expectations for herself each year. In 2009 she won four additional fitness titles. She was also the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals winner, making her one of the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel was able to take 6 years to earn her bachelor's degree, following her Pro Card award. Following the IFBB Fitness Pro Card Ariel returned to the sport with a bang in Phoenix Europa Games 2015. Phoenix Europa Games 2015 in October. In the competition, she came in third. In summer 2016, she won first place in the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three month later and came home with 6th place for the Fitness Division. Ariel said she had no expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. This is not a surprise since she was able to place so high, considering the competition. Ariel's body continues to grow every year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, lat-pull-downs using a single arm with a pull-up device and sitting rows. It is common to warm up first, followed by the actual training. Ariel utilizes her time effectively. The way she achieves this is through supersetting the back exercises she does. Three or four supersets of 10--12 reps are completed.
